Counseling for the Elderly (TCE)
The Tax Counseling for the Elderly (TCE) Program provides free tax help to people age 60 and older. Trained volunteers provide free tax preparation (income tax and Missouri Property Tax Credit) for senior citizens and low- to moderate-income individuals.
