Information and Assistance
While there are literally hundreds of social service, government, and private agencies available to help seniors with their personal needs, finding and contacting them can be a bewildering and time-consuming experience.
We're here to help you determine those needs.

We provide informed counseling on:

Public Benefits Outreach
We educate seniors about which public benefits they may be eligible to receive. We also help you understand the application process. If you need help applying, we provide one-on-one assistance.

Case Management
Sometimes you or your family might just feel lost. Your aren't sure what you need, who to call, or what help is available to you. Our case managers help you identify problems, both large and small, and talk through alternatives in finding appropriate solutions.

Once we look at your "whole picture," we link you and your family to local health and social services.

Help with Transportation
Transportation can be a serious problem for many and the availability of adequate transportation enables older adults to live independently in their communities. We fund programs that provide door-to-door transportation to business, healthcare, and essential shopping locations.
