Here's How You Can Help
There are a variety of ways that you can make a difference in the lives of seniors in our community. From delivering a healthy meal to a senior's home to communicating with your elected officials on behalf of seniors, we offer unlimited opportunities for everyone to get involved.

Advocacy - Write, call or email your elected officials and let them know where you stand on important senior issues.

Volunteering at Your Local Senior Center - A little help goes a long way in keeping a senior center running smoothly. Kitchen helpers, game coordinators, clean-up crews, and hostesses ... your options for getting involved are unlimited. Follow this link for a directory of senior centers in our area.

Meal Delivery Drivers - Many times, the only interaction some seniors might have in a day's time is the friendly smile of their meal delivery driver bringing a hot and nutritious meal to their door. It's more than a meal, however; its' a sense of well-being, knowing someone is looking out for you and making sure you are safe in your home. Contact your local senior center if you would like to volunteer a few hours each week delivering much-needed meals to seniors.

Donations - We gladly accept donations of any amount. Follow this link to find out how you can help.
