The Northview Senior Center provides plenty of social activity, nutritions meals, and friendships to seniors in the community. They work alongside the Springfield Park Board to serve seniors 55 and older through exercise classes, dances, entertainment, and much more.

The center features an indoor walking track, exercise equipment, pool tables, ping pong, and a variety of other activities. OATS Transportation also offers their services to help seniors get to the center, enabling them to get out from behind their four walls of home.

The Northview Center is owned and operated  by the Springfield Parkboard and  SWMOA leases a portion of the center where we provide meals to congregate and home bound clients to the north side of Springfield as well as catering to the Stafford and Marshfield Senior Centers.

We invite everyone to visit the center where you can attend an exercise class before lunch on Tuesday and Thursday or stay for bingo after lunch on Monday.  We also offer a wonderful salad bar with your meal and every Thursday is our famous oven fried chicken.

"People can grow old at home or they can grow old doing something with others," says administrator Kirby Hatfield. "Come have fun at Northview instead."
