Springfield's South Side Senior Center is a beautifully landscaped, spacious activity center offering those 60 and over a place to get a great lunch, meet others, and have fun.  We serve anywhere from 90 to 175 people a day. 

Everyone here has a great time meeting new people, visiting, and participating in activities.  During a first visit, we will give you a tour and introduce you to others.  Please feel welcome to come by and check us out.  Don’t forget to pick up a calendar/menu so that you will know what we have planned for the month. 

Exercise classes, cards and games, bingo, musical entertainment, evening dances, acting group, volunteer opportunities, knitting, pool, ping pong, etc. are only a sampling of the activities South Side has to offer.
