Benefits Assistance Outreach
Sometimes it's difficult to even know the right questions to ask in order to get the benefits you need. This program provides a confidential, one-on-one evaluation, matching a senior with eligible benefits. Assistance is also given with making application for these benefits. (This service is also provided in-home as needed.) Benefits include Medicaid, SSI, Food Stamps, Qualified Medicare Beneficiary, Veterans Benefits, and more.

Assistive Living
Assistive Technology and minor home modification is provided for disabled Seniors, i.e., ramps, communication devices, eating aids, and reachers, to name some.
